West Coast Wilderness Railway will only record an individual’s email address and/or contact details if they subscribe to one of our newsletters or make a tentative, waitlisted or confirmed journey booking.

We collect personal information in relation to your waitlist, tentative or confirmed reservation in our booking system, CustomLinc. This information is critical in delivering the service that you are purchasing, or wish to purchase, and we are unable to deliver a service without this information.
We will only disclose your personal information if it is necessary for the purpose of providing products or services to you or complying with our legal obligations.
