The Unconformity is coming, with Dark Water and more

The Unconformity – formerly known as the Queenstown Heritage and Arts Festival – is coming up on October 14-16, and the West Coast Wilderness Railway is delighted to be partnering with The Unconformity to present a very special event as part of the festival.

“Dark Water” is a unique and unusual performance event devised and performed by artist Halcyon McLeod. The audience will follow a woman onto a steam train and then underground as she descends to the centre of the Earth. Dark Water is an intimate performance that touches the geology of grief.

There are just four performances of Dark Water, at 8pm and 10pm on both Friday 14th and Saturday 15th October. Places are limited and bookings are essential.
