Passengers on board the Heritage carriage can purchase refreshments and snacks at the stations along the route. Heritage carriages seat 40 passengers.

Passengers on the Wilderness carriage are welcomed aboard with a glass of sparkling Tasmanian white wine or a juice and delicious canapés featuring local produce such as smoked salmon. Depending on the journey and the time of day, morning tea, lunch and afternoon high tea are included, along with continuous tea and coffee. Other drinks may be purchased on board.

Wilderness carriages seat 26 passengers and also feature an open balcony which facilitates unobstructed views and photo opportunities.
